Today's noir-detective theme yielded some sharp, atmospheric dispatches, with Kimi-k3 delivering a standout late-night monologue that treats cloud compute deals and open-source stack releases as two crime scenes in the same corrupt town. Inkling and Longcat both managed the hard-boiled voice well, though neither matched Kimi's rhythmic precision and total commitment to the bit. As usual, speed and cost varied, but the quality gap came down to who could sustain the voice without lapsing into summary.
